Dr Randy Latta
Administrator
Dr Latta, DDS is a graduate of the UNC School of Dentistry. Dr Latta served in the US Navy and practiced for many years on the Outer Banks of North Carolina in Manteo before returning to his hometown of Asheville to open WNC Dental.
Dr Latta teaches part time at AB Tech and volunteers with Operation Smile as part of a surgical team repairing cleft lip and palates in several countries worldwide.
Dr Ashley Westmoreland
Dr Ashley is a native of the mountains of Northern Georgia and is a graduate of NOVA Southeastern School of Dental Medicine. She lives with her family in Asheville and enjoys running and hiking.

Anna is an Asheville native and has been a dental assistant for several years. In here spare time she enjoys photography and making jewelry.
ShanDell
Dental Assistant
ShanDell Beemer has been in dentistry for over 4 years. She obtained her certification through NC Dental Assistant Training School. She has 2 children and enjoys hiking and biking with her family and reading in her spare time.

Dr Ware grew up in Anderson, SC and is a graduate of the UNC School of Dentistry. When not in the office he enjoys any excuse to be outdoors.

Dr Lauren Ludwig
Dr. Lauren Ludwig is a native of Jackson, MS. She attended Ole Miss where she earned a degree in Psychology. She receieved her D.M.D. degree from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry. Dr. Ludwig enjoys watching SEC football, running,hiking, cooking, and spending time with her husband, Alston.

Connie is a native of Buncombe County and has worked in dentistry over 25 years. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 grown children.
Dr David Wilson
Dr David Wilson graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in Chemistry. After a stint in chemical engineering and heart research, he attended the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, TX where he obtained a Doctorate in Dental Surgery. Following dental school, he finished a General Practice Residency at UNC Chapel Hill.
Dr Wilson has practiced in the great states of Texas, Tennessee, and North Carolina. He enjoys all realms of music as well as outdoor sports and leisure. He is a huge fan of the SMU Mustangs, Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Dallas Stars, Dallas Mavericks, and Dallas Sidekicks.

Katie is a native of Charlotte and graduated from Lake Norman Dental Assisting School. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, fishing and staying active.

Pat is a native of the Raleigh area but has lived in Weaverville for 35 years. She graduated from UNC Greensboro and the University of Memphis with degrees in Speech Pathology. For the past 15 years Pat has been office manager for her husband Joseph Rhodes, DDS until his recent retirement. She enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with her husband, three grown children, and her granddaughter.

A Native of Haywood Co. Kristen attended ABTech, where she first entered the Dental Assisting program then going on to complete her Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene in the Spring of 2003. Kristen has gained experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist in several private practices in Haywood and Buncombe Co. She joined WNC Dental in January of 2010.

Amber was born and raised in Buncombe County. She attended ABTech for Dental Assisting in 2004 and went back in 2008 to obtain her degree in Dental Hygiene.
She loves her job as a Dental Hygienist and in her spare time enjoys hiking and spending time spoiling her dog Harper.

Vilma has been a Dental Assistant for several years and enjoys educating patients on the importance of dental health to overall health.

Jesse received his training as a dental tech in the US Navy in 1983 to 1988 and in that capacity assisted in treatments on President and Mrs Reagan, Sen Strom Thurman and White House staff. His hobbies and interests include being a Professional Clown (“RoBone”), mime and magician in addition to being an artist, crafter, and long distance runner.
