Dr Randy Latta
Administrator
Dr Latta, DDS is a graduate of the UNC School of Dentistry. Dr Latta served in the US Navy and practiced for many years on the Outer Banks of North Carolina in Manteo before returning to his hometown of Asheville to open WNC Dental.
Dr Latta teaches part time at AB Tech and volunteers with Operation Smile as part of a surgical team repairing cleft lip and palates in several countries worldwide.
Dr Jordan H Councill
Dr Councill is helping us out part-time at WNC Dental as he opens his new dental practice in Biltmore Village. He is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry, Nashville TN. A WNC native, Dr Councill enjoys running, cycling, fishing, wood working, and restoring old cars.
Dr Justin Roberts
Dr Roberts is a graduate of UNC School of Dentistry. Raised in a travelling Army family, Dr Roberts and Family now call NC home. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and traveling.
Dr Christopher Toth
Dr Toth is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Dentistry. He enjoys hiking and kayaking.
Dr Ashley Westmoreland
Dr Ashley is a native of the mountains of Northern Georgia and is a graduate of NOVA Southeastern School of Dental Medicine. She lives with her family in Asheville and enjoys running and hiking.

Patient Coordinator
Pam is an Asheville Native. She graduated from Asheville Buncombe Technical College. She and her husband, Jack have one son, Matt who attends WCU. In her spare time she enjoys tennis, reading, and traveling to the Beach.
Rhonda Joy

Rhonda Joy also is very experienced in Dental Office Management and enjoys photography and her best dog ever.

Cheryl moved to the Carolinas in 1970 from Michigan. New to WNC, she enjoys her new home and exploring the area. Cheryl has 16 years experience in dentistry and enjoys spending her spare time in all outdoor activities and traveling with her dog Harley.
Melissa
Dental Hygienist
Melissa is from Transylvania Co. and graduated from the ABTech Dental Hygiene program. As a Registered Dental Hygienist, she enjoys helping our patients reach their goal of a bright and healthy smile.
Kristen
Dental Hygienist
A Native of Haywood Co. Kristen attended ABTech, where she first entered the Dental Assisting program then going on to complete her Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene in the Spring of 2003. Kristen has gained experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist in several private practices in Haywood and Buncombe Co. She joined WNC Dental in January of 2010.

Bookkeeper
Dawn joins us from sunny Florida. She has over 10 years in the Dental Field. When not at work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband John and dog Oliver Bear.

Dental Assistant
Marija is an ABTech Dental Assising program graduate. Marija is a dedicated and people-oriented person who enjoys making patients feel comfortable. She is originally from Macedonia and is married with two sons.
Dayna
Dental Assistant
Dayna has 15 years of dental assisting experience. Originally from Palm Coast, FL, she’s lived in WNC for the past 4 years and enjoys doing anything outdoors with her kids and husband!

Vilma has been a Dental Assistant for several years and enjoys educating patients on the importance of dental health to overall health.

Anna is an Asheville native and has been a dental assistant for several years. In here spare time she enjoys photography and making jewelry.

Connie is a native of Buncombe County and has worked in dentistry over 25 years. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 grown children.
Jesse
Dental Assistant
Jesse received his training as a dental tech in the US Navy in 1983 to 1988 and in that capacity assisted in treatments on President and Mrs Reagan, Sen Strom Thurman and White House staff. His hobbies and interests include being a Professional Clown (“RoBone”), mime and magician in addition to being an artist, crafter, and long distance runner.

Randy is an Asheville native and has been a dental laboratory technician for over 20 years. He is trained in many aspects of Dental Laboratory Technology including gold and porcelain crowns, veneers, and full and partial dentures.

Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons and likes working out and staying fit.
