Welcome to WNC Dental, a Private Practice initiative providing a new model for addressing the dental care needs of parents, guardians, young adults, elderly and the disabled with NC Medicaid insurance who have been unable to find basic dental healthcare.
Our Mission- To be part of the solution to the Access to Dental Care Crisis in North Carolina by creating a New Model for Dentistry that employs the dignities of private practice in serving a public need.
Philosophy- That with careful planning and efficiencies of operation, private dental practice can also provide an ethical and economically sustainable model addressing clearly indicated oral health needs of under insured populations, in a manner that is respectful of patient autonomy and dignity and maintains the highest Standards of Care.
The Office (layout) is located at 3179 Sweeten Creek Rd in South Asheville (map) and utilizes state of the art digital x-ray, intra oral imaging, and comprehensive dental software record keeping to provide our patients with a facility comparable to any modern private dental practice.
